This is one of those questions that really depend on what the job entails. Website turnaround can be anything from a few days to a few weeks depending on the amount of work you are requesting. Please bare in mind that when you commission a website you will also be expected to supply some information about your business and approve any text before it is placed on the site.

We have tried our best to give you a costing for each of our three packages. However there may be individuals who require a little something different, if this is the case then drop us a line and we will send you a quote.

Finding a website name is not always clear cut. There may be someone else with the same name as you or maybe there is someone who owns the .com site and yo want both the .com site and .co.uk site. We are happy to source the correct name for you and let you know what is available and what isn't. Unfortunately with domain names - when they are gone! they're gone!

We do everything we can to accommodate your own particular ideas into your website. Sometimes this isn't always possible or maybe there is some technical reason why we think it would be better done another way. We are extremely happy to disuse all aspects of your site with you and you can be as hands on or off as you like.

Payment is made either by Bank Transfer, Cash or via your Credit Card using PAYPAL. We also ask for a monthly direct debits to be set up for your hosting payments.

We work from a home office so its not always convenient for you to visit us. However if you are local to the East Kilbride / Glasgow area then we are happy to come to you. We can also do a lot via email and are happy to communicate with you by telephone or any other means that is convenient to you.

We ask for a 20% fee to commission the work and the remainder to be paid at the final look. The final look happens just before the site is put online.

Once the site is live you have a 1 week period to make any changes. If there is anything you feel you need to change (Text, Images) Then we will be happy to tweak it. If you add Website Maintenance to your hosting package then we will be able to tweak the site anytime throughout its lifetime. Website Maintenance comes free for 6 months with the Enterprise Package.
